  On Monday the 6th June: Started off well, Josh the salesman had bought the 2015 Commodore SV6 to us so we can have a look and test drive, we had signed the $100 deposit paper to hold the car - subject to finance. We had spoken over the phone to Michael the finance manager to apply for a small amount of finance for the car that day with a large deposit cash. We decided to cancel later in the afternoon as the standard Holden SV6 did not have the features we were after plus it was more expensive, it had chips on the paint, no sat nav, no towbar and no fog lights. Michael had said that he had submitted the application through with St George and said to wait for the finance answer. Next day at 11.30 am no one had called us. My husband rang and Michael said it was declined. Thanks for letting us know. Also they did not take the $100 deposit at all (we had the impression it was on hold for us). They also didn't email us any consent forms to apply for a credit check, only the contracts. That Wednesday we bought an SV6 Storm with sat nav, towbar and fog lights. Found out that St George was off line Monday due to the storms and floods and there was no previous application put through my husband's name for finance. I had emailed our cooling off period papers and no reply to confirm they had received it. Worst and dodgy service ever. They lost a $30 thousand sale. Never going back to them in the future.
